ZoomInfo Lite's primary goal was to attract new users and drive traffic to experience ZoomInfo's essential power for sales, encouraging users to upgrade or continue as freemium users, unlocking enhanced features through credit acquisition. With a seamless and powerful user experience, we showcased the premium platform's exceptional value while ensuring a positive lite version experience.

ZoomInfo Lite's main challenge was to preserve the premium platform's user experience while creating a distinct upgrade motion. We tailored features to meet the Lite version's unique needs, captivating users to explore premium offerings and inspire upgrades or credit purchases, striking a balance between familiarity and novelty to drive engagement and conversions.

ZoomInfo Lite addresses sales professionals' needs, focusing on Account Executives (AEs) for seamless lead qualification and efficient deal closures, and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) for streamlined lead nurturing and optimized conversions. While highlighting AEs and SDRs, our user-centric design extends to meet the diverse needs of all sales professionals.
